The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and/or account suspension:
Bonuses used on Sports Betting and match odds will only count towards the wagering requirement when the minimum odds for each selection are 1.50 or above. Bets placed on selections with odds below 1.50 do not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
1988rice offers a wide range of game categories including Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), slots (progressive and classic), poker (Texas Hold'em with Bad Beat Jackpot), table games, Sports Betting, match odds, and progressive jackpots. All games are provided by licensed and audited suppliers.
The results of all games powered by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and cannot be disputed. For Live Casino games, the outcome determined by the dealer after "No More Bets" is announced is final. Any technical failure occurring during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with 1988rice's established policy — bets are typically refunded in full if a game cannot be completed.
Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to security verification prior to payout.
In the event of a technical disruption or system error on 1988rice while you are playing, our team will investigate the matter. If an error results in incorrect winnings being displayed or credited, 1988rice reserves the right to rectify the situation, including debiting any incorrectly credited winnings from the account. This is an industry-standard provision that protects the integrity of the platform for all players.
1988rice offers match odds across a wide range of sports, including football (EPL, La Liga, Malaysia Super League, AFC Champions League, and 200+ other leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open), esports (MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, CS:GO), basketball (NBA), tennis (Grand Slam), and 30+ other sports. Market availability for each match is determined by the 1988rice risk management team.
If a football match is not completed within 12 hours of its original scheduled kick-off — due to severe weather or a security incident, for example — all pre-match bets will be voided and the full amount refunded to the player's account. For in-play (live betting) bets that were active at the time of the interruption, the outcome depends on the match status when the interruption occurred. Please read the full rules in the FAQ section.
In-play betting requires a reliable technical setup, as odds change rapidly. 1988rice is not liable for bets placed based on outdated information or odds update delays caused by the player's network limitations. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing any in-play bets.
